Job summary

Holdcroft Motor Group in Crewe is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to perform servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards.

You will diagnose faults, work with the technical team to hit performance targets, and maintain high safety and quality. The role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission with OTE up to £60,000, and access to training. Immediate start with a supportive environment and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Experience in a workshop environment.
• Confident in diagnostic and mechanical repair work.
• MOT Licence holder (preferred but not essential).
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Able to work effectively towards both team and individual targets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose faults and complete accurate repair work efficiently.
• Ensure all work meets high quality and safety standards.
• Liaise with customers regarding technical issues when required.
• Collaborate with the wider technical team to meet performance targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines.
