Job summary

Blackpool Safeguarding Adults Board (BSAB) and BSafe are seeking an experienced Audit and Workforce Development Coordinator to lead cross-agency training and governance activities. The role focuses on strengthening safeguarding practice through coordinated learning and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Multi-Agency Training Pool, launch partnership policies and pathways.
• Lead complex multi-agency audits, produce learning reports, action plans, and analyse partnership data.
• Share learning from Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SARs) and Domestic Homicide Reviews (DHRs) through partnership communications, promote continuous improvement.
