Job summary

Blackpool Council is seeking an experienced Audit and Workforce Development Coordinator for BSAB and the Community Safety Partnership to lead multi-agency audits, develop training pools, and drive learning initiatives. The role focuses on safeguarding, policy implementation, and partnership performance.

You will analyse data, produce reports and action plans, and share learning from safeguarding reviews to foster continuous improvement across agencies.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified with safeguarding experience and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in audit, quality assurance or performance measurement is required.
• Ability to build effective relationships across multi-agency partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Multi-Agency Training Pool and launch partnership policies and pathways.
• Lead complex multi-agency audits and produce learning reports and action plans.
• Analyse partnership data and share learning from SARs/DHRs to drive improvement.
