Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a skilled 3rd Line Engineer for an MSP in Manchester. You’ll act as the escalation point beyond 1st/2nd line, handling complex issues while driving project work and infrastructure improvements.

The role covers Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Modern Workplace implementations alongside on-premises Windows Server and Active Directory management; networking elements like VLANs/VPNs are also involved.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in MSP with 3rd line support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience with onboarding and projects.
• Excellent communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for 3rd line engineers on complex issues.
• Lead projects and own customer infrastructure improvements.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Modern Workplace.
• Configure and support Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Work with firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
