Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Bank Rehab Assistant to support MSK physiotherapy services at Banstead Clinic. The role involves leading 1:1 rehabilitation sessions and group classes, applying exercise prescription under supervision, and maintaining patient records in EMIS.

Qualifications

• Experience as Rehabilitation Assistant preferred, especially within an MSK Physiotherapy environment.
• Able to lead 1:1 rehabilitation sessions and classes and adapt exercise programmes under supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with MDT and patients.
• Competent in documenting sessions on EMIS and maintaining patient caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 rehabilitation sessions and classes in an MSK setting under physiotherapy supervision.
• Progress and regress exercise programmes based on patient needs.
• Communicate professionally with the MDT and document sessions in EMIS.
• Manage own patient caseload and collaborate with the team.
