Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Senior MSK Physiotherapist for bank shifts at multiple sites in Surrey Downs. The role involves working 37.5 hours with part-time options, managing a personal caseload and collaborating with a wider MDT.

Experience as an autonomous MSK practitioner is essential, with duties including patient assessment, rehabilitation planning, red-flag screening, and timely referrals. EMIS experience and NHS background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an autonomous practitioner to assess and rehabilitate MSK patients with a broad range of treatment options.
• Ability to screen for red flags, clinically triage patients with MSK conditions; make appropriate onward referrals; communicate well with local and wider MDT.
• Manage own patient caseload and work closely with the team.
• We use EMIS electronic records system, pre-start training available.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously assess and rehabilitate MSK patients and provide treatment.
