Qualifikationen

• Experience as Rehabilitation Assistant preferred, especially within an MSK Physiotherapy environment.
• Able to lead 1:1 rehabilitation sessions and classes and adapt exercise programmes under supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with MDT and patients.
• Competent in documenting sessions on EMIS and maintaining patient caseloads.

Candidates would be expected to lead 1:1 rehabilitation sessions and classes in an MSK setting, using their knowledge of exercise prescription, whilst under supervision of the physiotherapy team. They should be confident to progress and regress exercise programmes for patients accordingly and seek support from the physiotherapy team. Candidates should be able to communicate professionally and competently (verbally and written) with their local and wider MDT. They must be competent with documenting their sessions on our electronic patient record system (EMIS). Manage own patient caseload and work closely with the team
