Cora Health Group Limited is seeking a team leader for its MSK clinical team. The role combines hands-on patient treatment with line management of clinical colleagues, including appraisals and development plans, while working to meet contract targets.

Open to physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors, the post includes protected management time and a focus on delivering high‑quality services within a supportive culture. Direct people management experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Line management experience preferred but not essential.
• Proactive in building working relationships with the team and external stakeholders.
• Ability to motivate and calmly handle team queries.

Responsibilities

• Line manage clinical colleagues, including appraisals, one-to-ones, leave requests and development plans.
• Provide performance management for all direct reports.
• Support the operational team in leading and motivating the clinical team to meet commercial objectives and targets.
• Plan and ensure efficient operational delivery of allocated services, working with the operational team and PCC team leaders.
• Develop and promote a positive image and culture with internal and external stakeholders, reflecting and encouraging core values.
• Develop and foster productive relationships with key local stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance, sharing successes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Support operational projects and continuous improvement.
• Support clinical estates compliance and governance.
• Personally deliver a quality clinical service meeting the clinical and commercial needs of the contracts and any other clinics scheduled.
• Support the service manager in implementing change within the service.
