Job summary

Polkadotfrog is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a rapidly growing team in NE Cambridge, starting with a hybrid office-based role and evolving toward more home-based work. You will support customers across the UK with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and related technologies, providing end-user assistance and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user support for Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to diagnose and resolve issues via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 environments
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 11
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues via telephone and email
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing helpdesk requests
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of tickets
• Previous experience within a MSP / fast-paced helpdesk environment
