Qualifications

• MRICS qualification in Building Surveying is essential.
• Experience at Senior or Chartered Building Surveyor level.
• Strong all-round Building Surveying background (professional & project work).
• Ability to manage a varied workload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, commercially aware approach with drive to develop clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Contract Administration (CA), Employer's Agent (EA), Project Management (PM) and Lead Consultant services.
• Undertake dilapidations instructions for landlords and tenants.
• Perform Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and Vendor TDD surveys and reports.
• Prepare Reinstatement Cost Assessments.
• Conduct defect diagnosis and produce detailed reports.
• Provide Licence to Alter (LTA) services and monitoring.
• Manage projects from inception to completion with high service standards.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
