Job summary

Russell Taylor Group in Leeds is seeking a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor to join a market-leading team. The role offers exposure to public and private sector estates, schools, NHS and MoJ/MOD properties, with clear progression towards Director or Partner levels.

You will deliver professional Building Surveying services, manage refurbishment and capital works, develop client relationships and help grow the practice, with flexible and hybrid working and a competitive package.

Senior / Associate Building Surveyor - Leeds

£70,000 - £80,000 Plus full benefits package

The Opportunity

We are currently representing established Building Surveying consultancies in Leeds who are looking to strengthen their teams through the appointment of ambitious and commercially minded Chartered Building Surveyors.

These opportunities will appeal to individuals who are looking to take the next step in their careers, whether that involves greater responsibility for project delivery, client management, team leadership or progression towards Director and Partner-level positions.

Our clients are well-established organisations with strong reputations, established client relationships and a commitment to investing in their people.

The opportunities offer exposure to a broad range of interesting and technically challenging projects across both the public and private sectors.

The Role

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across a diverse property portfolio, including:

• Public and private estates
• Schools, colleges and universities
• NHS and healthcare properties
• Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Defence estates
• Commercial and institutional property portfolios

Responsibilities will include delivering professional Building Surveying services, managing refurbishment and capital works projects, developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the Building Surveying function.

For more senior appointments, there will also be opportunities to lead and mentor colleagues, contribute to business development and influence the future direction of the team.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are particularly interested in speaking with Chartered Building Surveyors who can demonstrate:
