Job summary

MRICS-qualified candidates with strong stakeholder management and a proactive leadership mindset will help grow the function and align work with regulatory best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or related surveying roles.
• MRICS qualified (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a varied property portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and effective day-to-day management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, landlords and other key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service delivery and portfolio performance.
• Support the development and growth of the property management function.
• Help build, mentor and develop a team of property professionals.
• Ensure properties are managed in line with relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practice.
