Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties for clients.
• Act as the primary contact for landlords, tenants and stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day property and estate management.
• Coordinate tenant enquiries, issues and requests.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance and property-related works.
• Instruct and manage contractors and external suppliers.
• Coordinate resolution of building and estate issues.
• Maintain relationships with clients and tenants.
• Support clients with property portfolio performance.
• Monitor obligations and ensure timely compliance.
• Assist with lease and tenancy-related matters.
• Maintain property records and documentation.
• Identify and address potential issues across the portfolio.
