Qualifications

• Experience of liaising with multilevel stakeholders including Clients, professional teams, lenders, investors etc.
• Thorough understanding of commercial leases/service charges.
• Experience with Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out various property management tasks as directed.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for issue to internal and external parties.
• Manage data and emails to keep client files up to date.

Education

MRICS qualification or 6+ years of commercial property management experience
