Job summary

Mattinson Partnership is sourcing an Assistant or Graduate Building Surveyor for our Hampshire office. You will join a busy building surveying team, with a clear path to MRICS status and APC support to help you complete the diary.

You will gain exposure across Dilapidations, Design, Contract Administration, specifications and drawings, and Building Regulation work, with a structured APC framework and regular APC doctor meetings to maximise your pass rate.

Qualifications

• Experience or academic focus in building surveying.
• Desire to pursue MRICS status with APC coaching and support.
• Strong understanding of dilapidations, design and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist across building surveying work including dilapidations, design and contract administration.
• Prepare specifications and drawings and assist with Building Regulation applications and conversion work.
• Support APC process with regular meetings and APC doctor guidance.
