Job summary

Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking an Interim Head of Property & Asset Strategy for a Local Authority in the North West. You will lead a 20-30 person team, oversee strategic asset reviews, and shape the council’s corporate asset approach.

Key tasks include developing and implementing Corporate Asset Strategies and a Corporate Landlord model, with a focus on transformative change and senior-level advisory across the organisation.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification essential.
• Proven leadership of large multi-disciplinary property teams.
• Experience in Local Authority property transformation and corporate asset strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a sizeable Property/Estates function.
• Review existing structures, processes and ways of working.
• Deliver strategic asset reviews and improve opportunities.
• Develop and implement Corporate Asset Strategies and a Corporate Landlord model.
• Provide senior-level guidance across the organisation.
