Job summary

Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited is supporting a leading property company in the West Midlands to appoint a Senior Estates Manager on the client side. You will own Property and Asset Management across a regional portfolio, lead a small team and influence strategic decision making with autonomy.

You will manage lease events, budgets and performance, develop asset strategies, and collaborate with occupiers, agents and advisers to maximise income and portfolio value across a diverse commercial

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing commercial property portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
• Proven asset management and value-creation experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and portfolio performance understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Autonomous yet collaborative approach.
• MRICS qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property and estates management of a diverse regional portfolio.
• Develop and implement property and asset management strategies to maximise income, value and performance.
• Handle lease events including renewals, rent reviews, restructures and regearing.
• Manage relationships with occupiers, agents, advisers and other stakeholders.
• Identify asset management initiatives and value-creation opportunities across the portfolio.
• Oversee budgets, service charges, expenditure and financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal investment, development and finance teams to meet portfolio objectives.
• Provide commercial and strategic property advice to senior stakeholders.
• Commission and manage external advisers to ensure high-quality delivery and value.
• Lead, motivate and develop a small team in a client-side environment.
• Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities to improve performance.
