Responsibilities

• Deliver building surveying and project consultancy services across client properties.
• Assist planning and delivery of refurbishment and capital works programmes.
• Undertake building condition assessments and advise on maintenance priorities.
• Support planned preventative maintenance and estate optimisation strategies.
• Prepare specifications, tender docs and schedules of work; manage contracts.
