Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience carrying out full building surveys on residential and/or commercial properties (UK).
• Comfort liaising directly with clients
• Full and clean UK driving licence
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Dictation of survey reports desirable, training provided
• Willingness to travel across London and Home Counties to surveys and client meetings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to conduct surveys and prepare comprehensive reports
• Provide professional advice on property and construction matters
• Manage client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high industry standards
• Stay updated with industry trends, legislation, and best practices
• Attend professional development events to contribute to growth

Skills Required
