Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is required.
• Experience in building surveys and condition assessments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed building surveys and inspections.
• Prepare condition reports, schedules of condition and dilapidations.
• Provide guidance on defects, maintenance and repair.
• Manage projects from instruction to completion, including budgets and timelines.
• Develop long-term client relationships.
