Job summary

The·TEAM in Orpington is seeking a Client Services Executive within the Motorsports team. You will manage end-to-end events, coordinate on-site delivery, and handle budgets, feasibility and stakeholder liaison across international projects.

This role involves regular travel up to 14 days, strong communication, multi-tasking, and a proactive, data-driven approach to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience in event management and on-site delivery is advantageous.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with quality work.
• Strong communication across verbal, written, and presentational formats.
• Proficient numeracy and literacy; proficient in MS Office suite.
• Ability to build strong client/supplier relationships.
• Attention to detail and professionalism in event delivery.
• Strong problem solving with risk awareness and practical solutions.
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and travel requirements.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work produced meets objectives, on time and to high standard.
• Assist in developing creative ideas and research feasibility within budget.
• Support operational and administrative functions for efficient delivery.
• Assist with day-to-day financial control of client budgets and pricing.
• Setup project systems and ensure data entry in client management system.
• Compile client responses, presentations and reports.
• Coordinate staff and contractors on site during events.
• Maintain communication and reporting through event lifecycle.
• Assist with risk assessments and safety processes.
• Liaise with Production, Studio and Operations.
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement.
• Input data for reviews and quality/issue logging.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost efficiencies.
