Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience in a testing, validation, or technical support role within a motorsport or automotive environment.
• Good working knowledge of automotive systems, components, and vehicle technologies.
• Familiarity with a range of test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to record, interpret, and communicate technical findings.
• Strong verbal and written communication across multiple departments.
• Competent IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A positive attitude and commitment to an open, collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed testing and validation on vehicle systems, components, and assemblies, ensuring results are recorded and reported.
• Ensure testing activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and engineering procedures.
• Support setup, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment for accurate data collection.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues identified during testing and validation programmes.
• Contribute to ongoing development and continuous improvement of testing methods and procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
