Job summary

The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is looking for a Test Technician at our Silverstone facility. In this role, you will perform tests on vehicle systems and components, actively ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include detailed testing, compliance with quality and safety regulations, and collaboration with the engineering team for troubleshooting. Required qualifications include an NVQ Level 3 and technical experience in the automotive field.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification, or equivalent, in a relevant technical discipline.
• Previous experience in a testing, validation, or technical support role within a motorsport or automotive environment.
• Good working knowledge of automotive systems, components, and associated vehicle technologies.

• Conduct detailed testing and validation activities on vehicle systems and components.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and engineering procedures.
• Support preparation, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment.
