You will own end-to-end event delivery, drive innovation in fan experience, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve outstanding race and leisure events.

Responsibilities

• Lead on event budget management, including forecasting, tracking and reporting.
• Take full ownership of allocated events and projects to ensure on time, in scope and on budget delivery.
• Lead production schedules, operational plans and timelines with clear stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team responsible for large-scale public events.
• Drive procurement strategies that ensure safety, quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee on-site delivery with infrastructure, security and stewarding to meet safety standards.
