Silverstone is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and delivery of motorsport, leisure, and mass participation events at our world-class venue.

You will oversee site planning, budgeting, safety compliance, and stakeholder liaison, working with coordinators and contractors to ensure every event meets the highest standards. This role requires leadership, flexibility and a passion for delivering memorable experiences at Silverstone.

Qualifications

• A relevant business or Events degree.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in events.
• Experience handling budgets and end-to-end event delivery.
• Strong IT skills including Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsabilités

• Take full responsibility for organisation and execution of allocated events and projects.
• Develop safe and efficient operational plans, production schedules, and event timelines.
• Stakeholder liaison with event organisers, internal departments, contractors and suppliers.
• Budget management and post-event financial reconciliation.
• Health and safety compliance and KPI adherence.
