Job summary

Halfords in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a customer-focused team member to help deliver car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing with excellent service. Training is provided to grow skills and a career in retail or within the Group.

The role requires delivering great customer service, a proactive approach, and good problem-solving abilities, with availability for rota work including weekends. A passion for motoring and cycling is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail environments.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Strong problem solving skills to resolve issues quickly.
• Willingness to work on a rota including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with car parts fitting and cycle servicing in-store and in the car park.
• Support fitting of car parts and bike components and carry out cycle repairs when needed.
• Deliver high standards of service and help customers choose appropriate products.
