Job summary

Halfords in Slough is seeking a motivated team member for a part-time role in our motoring and cycling division. You will deliver customer-focused service, fitting car parts and supporting cycle building and servicing in-store and in the car park.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, a proactive sales mindset, and a willingness to learn with our training program. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Experience with car parts fitting and basic cycle repair is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver market-leading standards of service to customers in-store and in the car park.
• Carry out car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
• Develop practical problem-solving skills and work quickly and efficiently.
• Commit to rota-based hours, including weekends.
