Halfords in Milton Keynes is seeking a customer-focused team member for a part-time role (20 hours per week). You will assist customers, help with car parts fitting and cycle services, and participate in a training program to deliver market-leading service.

The position involves working in-store and in our car park, with a focus on fast, friendly service. The role requires enthusiasm for motoring and cycling, prior retail experience or a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work on

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding needs.
• Availability to work on a rota including weekends.

Responsibilities
