Halfords in Shrewsbury is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to help customers with car parts fittings and cycle services. You will work up to 12 hours per week in-store and in the car park, delivering high-quality service and developing practical skills through our training program.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally some knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and in the car park, delivering aftermarket parts fitting and cycle services.
• Provide fitting services including car parts, technology fittings, cycle building and cycle servicing.
• Deliver market-leading standards of service and quickly resolve customer needs.
