Halfords is recruiting a Customer Services Advisor for a part-time 20 hours per week role based at Daventry, Abbey Retail Park, Northamptonshire. You’ll deliver market-leading service, help customers with motoring and cycling products, and benefit from comprehensive training.

Experience in retail customer service and a proactive approach are ideal; knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Problem solving skills.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Deliver market-leading service standards to customers in-store and in the car park.
• Assist with car parts fitting and cycle servicing, and support sales.
• Develop practical problem-solving skills and work quickly and efficiently.
• Participate in training and contribute to career development within the group.
