Halfords Havant is recruiting a Customer Services Advisor on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) in Hampshire. You will deliver excellent customer service, help customers with car parts and cycle services, and contribute to sales targets in-store and in the car park.

You will receive training to build market-leading service standards, with a rota that includes weekends. The role offers staff discounts and a range of employee benefits as part of our inclusive Halfords family.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail is preferred.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in car parts fitting and cycle services.

• Work on customer vehicles in the car park and bikes in-store.
