Job summary

Halfords is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide car parts fitting, cycle building and servicing both in-store and in the car park. You’ll engage with customers, learn via training, and drive high standards of service across our motoring and cycling products and services.

You’ll be joining a busy retail environment with weekend rotas and opportunities to develop practical skills for car parts fitting and cycle repair, supported by Halfords’ extensive training and career progression

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive in understanding customer needs and tailoring approach.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fitting services including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
• Work with customers' vehicles in the car park and bikes in-store to wow customers.
• Develop practical problem-solving skills and work quickly and efficiently.
