Perfect Placement UK Ltd is representing a well-established main dealer motorcycle business in Stratford-upon-Avon, seeking a knowledgeable Motorcycle Parts Advisor to join their team. You will handle parts sales, enquiries and stock control with a genuine passion for motorcycles.

Offering a competitive basic salary of £27,750 with an on-target earnings potential of £32,000 and a benefits package including pension, life assurance, staff discounts and more.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably within the motorcycle or automotive industry.
• Passion and knowledge of motorcycles and motorcycle parts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Good IT and stock management system experience.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.

Responsabilidades

• Supplying motorcycle parts and accessories to customers and workshop technicians
• Processing parts orders and managing customer enquiries efficiently
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure stock availability
• Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records
