Job summary

RecruitedUK is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive professional to join one of the country’s leading training providers. You will share knowledge with learners and apprentices, guiding them through training to achieve qualifications and progress their careers.

Key responsibilities include managing a caseload, planning and delivering face-to-face and blended learning, assessing work with constructive feedback, tracking KSBs, and contributing to Internal Quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' vocational experience within the Automotive sector.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in teaching, learning and assessment.
• Relevant Automotive professional qualifications.
• Qualified, or working towards, a Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internal Quality Assurance (IQA).
• Understanding of Ofsted and teaching and learning quality standards.
• Excellent communication, coaching and learner engagement skills.
• Strong organisational and caseload management skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting a caseload of learners.

• Supporting continuous improvements in teaching, learning and assessment.
