Job summary

Knowledge/Experience

• Significant and successful teaching experience in MotorVehicle with a proven record of success is preferable across all levels.
• Strong vocational background in a related area
• Experience of effective team working and effectiverelationships between staff and students
• Ability to develop supportive working relationships withparents and other key stakeholders
• Knowledge of curriculum and assessment issues and IMIprocedures and practices
• Detailed understanding of curriculum developments andnational initiatives in Motor Vehicle
• Current knowledge of awarding body practices, through upto date training is preferable
• Knowledge of safeguarding issues
• Knowledge of equality and diversity issues
