Bedford College Group is seeking a Training Coordinator in Motor Vehicle to manage the apprenticeship journey from induction to progression reviews. You will deliver and assess training, mentor learners and build strong relationships with employers to support apprentices’ success.

You will ensure compliance with funding and awarding body requirements, maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality assurance activities while upholding safeguarding and inclusion policies.

Formación

• Able to independently manage a learner caseload and diary, meet demanding targets and provide consistent support.
• Strong communication with learners, employers and stakeholders to support learner progress and satisfaction.
• Deliver and assess motor vehicle training with coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end Motor Vehicle apprenticeship journey including induction and progress reviews.
• Deliver high-quality motor vehicle training and assess learning outcomes.
• Engage employers, coordinate workplace visits and ensure training plans meet learner and employer needs.
