Qualifications
- Penultimate year university student studying an analytical degree or similar.
- Interest in data, problem solving and evidence-based decisions.
- Confident communicator with colleagues and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured induction and support underwriting activities.
- Review account performance, analyse data and identify growth opportunities.
- Attend broker meetings and learn relationship-building in the market.
- Assist with assessing new business opportunities and trend analysis.
- Respond to broker queries while understanding risk, service and commercial aims.
