Are you an automotive Parts or Stock Specialist looking for a new challenge or wishing to progress? We are now recruiting for a Parts Advisor based at our Yeomans Citroën branch in Plymouth.
The role involves working in our busy parts department, assisting customers, workshops, body shops, and motor traders with parts inquiries and sales, stock management, accountancy, and reporting.
Ideal candidates will be competent both on the phone and in person, experienced in multitasking, with excellent administration and PC skills, and a background in motor trade parts departments.
We offer industry-leading training, including on-going courses on new model technology and customer service, provided by Yeomans and external coaches. This training is complemented by excellent earning potential.
Remuneration includes a basic salary plus a monthly bonus scheme based on departmental success and profit.
The successful candidate will be well-presented, conscientious, and possess excellent communication skills. You should be highly organized, efficient, and capable of building rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
