Your role

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations within our parts department that supports both the workshop and a retail counter. Your expertise in identifying and ordering the correct parts will help serve both internal and external customers, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service.
You willdrivegrowth in all aspects of the parts business through direct selling, leveraging your knowledge of our stock, available products, and competitor offerings. Routine stock checks, proactive customer follow-ups, and strong relationships with suppliers and drivers will be integral to your success.
The main duties of the role include:
Basic Salary: £30,000 (depending on experience) OTE £36,000 per annum +
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm or 7am–5pm, and Saturdays 8am – 12.30pm on a rota basis (Saturdays to be paid as overtime)
