Our Client, a well-established Main Car Dealership in Basingstoke, is looking for a Parts Advisor to add to their team of highly skilled professionals!

Our Client is offering the successful Parts Advisor:

• £29,000 Basic Salary + £2,400 Bonus
• 45 Hour Week Monday To Friday / Saturday Morning Rota
• Main Car Dealership Environment
• Manufacturer Training Program, Paid Day Off For Birthday, 22 Days Annual Leave
• Automotive Parts Experience Essential

Duties of a Parts Advisor:

• Sourcing of parts for customers
• Ensuring all customer and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously, responding immediately to requests for parts
• Maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction, promoting customer satisfaction and CXI rating
• Reporting any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay
