DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking an Experienced Paralegal to join the Property Recoveries team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. Depending on experience, you may start in-office five days a week before transitioning to a hybrid model after probation.

Qualifikationen

• Paralegal experience or background in similar roles such as Legal Assistant or Legal Administrator.
• Experience in Motor and/or Property Insurance is preferred, transferable to insurance litigation.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload with strong client care.
• Excellent prioritisation, organisation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely, professional and high-quality service to clients in claims management.
• Manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated or assist with litigated work as assigned.
• Screen matters for prospects and liaise with clients on receipt of instructions.
• Review instructions and advise on case prospects.
• Resolve claims through negotiation and support with litigation within client service standards.
• Assist with experts, counsel, witness statements and other court documents.
• Maintain contact with clients and customers, managing expectations.
• Meet individual performance measures (KPIs, realisation rates, financial performance).
• Maintain the DAC Beachcroft brand and standards.
