Job summary

Davies UK & Ireland is seeking a visionary Head of Proposition - Motor to lead our motor claims and legal solutions. You will own the strategic direction, commercial performance, and evolution of the motor proposition across the UK, Ireland and Europe, driving growth and client value.

You will lead development, market engagement and innovate with data, technology and operations to stay ahead in the insurance market. A high-performing team will rely on your leadership and market presence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in motor claims or motor insurance propositions.
• Proven track record of developing market-leading propositions and driving revenue growth.
• Experience managing senior insurer relationships and client partnerships.
• Strong ability to influence pricing, negotiation and value-based selling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the long-term motor proposition strategy across UK, Ireland and Europe.
• Lead proposition development, market engagement and client growth.
• Manage a high-performing team of client directors and client service managers.
• Drive profitable growth through new client acquisition and deeper existing relationships.
• Represent Davies at industry events as a market ambassador and source opportunities.
