Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performance culture within the team and drive performance management.
• Triaging and allocating cases, monitoring caseloads, and ensuring SLA adherence.
• Lead team meetings, training, and ongoing coaching to improve service delivery.
• Manage monthly MI and billing submissions and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain personal caseload of complex/higher-value files and meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and client audit requirements.
