Clyde & Co invites applications for a Junior Associate in the Motor team in Manchester. The role focuses on Multi Track Motor claims for major insurer clients, with hybrid working requiring 20% office presence and strong supervision to develop in Multi-Track work.

The successful candidate will handle own caseload, draft pleadings, and liaise with clients while reporting to the Legal Director. Prior Multi-Track or Fast Track Motor experience is preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience on Multi-Track or strong background in Fast Track Motor claims.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional manner with ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Experience from claimant or defendant firms is welcome.

Responsabilités

• Acting and assisting on Multi Track Motor claims on behalf of leading Insurers.
• Handling own case load and assisting others with multi-track work, including complex Motor injury claims.
• Reporting to, liaising with and meeting clients with a high level of professionalism.
• Drafting pleadings.
• Preparing instructions to counsel and experts and attending and advising in conference.
• Conducting research and keeping up to date with legal and industry practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adhoc tasks as required.
