Job summary

Responsibilities

• People Management: develop high-performance culture, manage performance, recruitment, induction, and coaching.
• Technical Management: triage and allocate cases, monitor caseloads, review case strategies, MI and billing submissions, ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Personal Effectiveness: build relationships with senior management and teams, drive continuous improvement projects, lead team meetings and training.
• Quality of Service: drive exceptional client service, ensure policy compliance, support firm initiatives, participate in department projects.
• Client and Business: participate in promotional activities, understand client issues to identify firm solutions.
