Job summary

The Davies Counter Fraud team seeks a Technical Supervisor to provide technical support and mentoring to our Counter Fraud file handlers. You will work with the Technical Manager, Business Unit Director and Lead Lawyers to supervise, coach and progress cases, driving best practice and policy development.

You will be instrumental in developing technical excellence within the department and ensuring robust, strategic case progression for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision, mentoring and coaching of Counter Fraud staff.

Job description

This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team with the purpose of providing technical support and mentoring to our Counter Fraud file handlers. The Technical Supervisor will work directly with the Technical Manager, the Business Unit Director and our Lead Lawyers and will be responsible for the supervision, mentoring and coaching of individual Counter Fraud file handlers.

They will be responsible for supporting the handlers in delivering the best possible outcome for clients whilst also ensuring cases are progressed in a robust, strategic manner. The Technical Supervisor will be expected to drive best practice in file handling and to drive policies and strategies to support the technical progression of the file handler and help to achieve technical excellence within the Counter Fraud department.
