Allianz UK in Maidstone is seeking a Motor Fleet Underwriter to drive profitable growth, manage broker relationships and shape a portfolio in a hybrid role. The role focuses on renewals and new business, with office attendance three days a week in a collaborative, high-performing team.
You will participate in the Fleet Authority Accreditation programme, develop underwriting, risk engineering, pricing and claims management skills, and engage with Allianz Group experts to share best practices.
Allianz has a great opportunity for a Motor Fleet Underwriter to join our team in Maidstone. You will play a pivotal role within our Motor Fleet Underwriting team, driving profitable growth while building strong broker relationships and shaping our portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your underwriting expertise in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
You’ll take part in our Fleet Authority Accreditation programme, sharpening your skills in underwriting, risk engineering, pricing, and claims management. You’ll also connect with experts across the Allianz Group to exchange best practices and broaden your global perspective.
Location: This role is be based in our Maidstone office, please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation that you will attend the office 3 days per week.
Pay: Circa £44,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
