A leading company in the insurance sector is seeking a Motor Customer Claims Delivery Manager to join their hybrid team in London. This role involves supporting strategic initiatives, managing key projects, and enhancing customer delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior stakeholders and a strong understanding of the Motor insurance industry. What you’ll be doingReporting directly to the Director of Motor Customer Claims, you'll:
Act as a key member of the Motor Customer Claims leadership team, supporting delivery of strategic and operational goals across the directorate.
Co-ordinate initiatives across Motor Claims functions to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and drive simplicity in delivery.
Support the leadership team in developing and executing strategic initiatives and plans.
Maintain oversight of key activity across Motor Claims and the wider Group, ensuring timely updates and visibility.
Share industry insights, competitor activity, and regulatory updates to keep the leadership team informed.
Lead and deliver key projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring quality and timely outcomes.
Support cost centre management, monitoring spend and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
Collaborate with Finance to track budgets, monitor financial performance and align with targets.
Recommend process improvements to enhance customer delivery and reduce operational costs.
Bridge teams and departments to ensure cohesive execution of strategy and smooth operations.
Prepare briefings, reports, Board papers and key meeting content for the Director and senior team.
Monitor action plans to maintain pace and resolve issues efficiently.
Partner with HR and the People Partner on people initiatives and employee engagement.
Develop and deliver internal communication and engagement strategies across the Motor Claims function.
Shape and support key messaging on behalf of the leadership team.

What you’ll needProven experience working with Director-level and senior stakeholders
Confident communicator, able to present clearly to senior audiences and influence decisions
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, offering broad perspective across strategic discussions
Experience in Motor Claims or a strong understanding of the Motor insurance industry
