Job summary

DWF is seeking an Associate or Solicitor to join its Motor Volume Claims team, handling Motor Personal Injury and Fraud claims for a blue‑chip client base. The role supports litigation from inception to resolution in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will have 1+ years PQE in relevant motors or PI claims and be Scottish qualified, with flexibility for hybrid working from Glasgow or Edinburgh. UK & Wales experience is excluded.

Qualifications

• Qualified Associate or Solicitor with 1+ years PQE in Motor, Fraud, RTA or Personal Injury claims
• We will potentially consider NQ Solicitors with relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of Motor Personal Injury and Fraud claims, from inception to resolution.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, interview witnesses, liaise with experts.
• Draft and review pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and seek best outcomes.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation and settlements.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation, case law and industry trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated legal solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
