Job summary

DWF Law LLP in Glasgow is seeking an Associate/Solicitor to join our Major Injury & Casualty team. The role covers Personal Injury, Serious Injury, Road Traffic Accidents (RTA) and Motor claims in a hybrid model, based from Glasgow or Edinburgh.

You will progress cases efficiently, apply strong litigation knowledge, and maintain key client relationships with insurers and clients. A dynamic, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience handling own caseload of pre-litigated and Sheriff Court actions as well as large value, complex files.
• Experience managing Personal Injury, Serious Injury, Road Traffic Accidents (RTA) and Motor claims.
• Insurance litigation experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Progress cases quickly and efficiently.
• Apply strong technical ability with grasp of principles, case law and litigation.
• Work with clients to understand requirements and manage cases per SLAs.
• Prioritise work and maximise efficiency in working practices.
• Build stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
• Develop technical and commercial knowledge via training.
